In the twilight zone between wakefulness and sleep, there lies a little-explored realm known as the hypnagogic state. This unique state of consciousness is where the rigid structures of our waking thoughts begin to dissolve, giving way to a fluid, free-flowing creative process.

During this transitional phase, our minds are not yet fully adrift in the sea of sleep, yet not entirely anchored in the harbour of wakefulness. It’s a magical time where the subconscious begins to surface, allowing for a mingling of our conscious thoughts and unconscious desires. This interplay can be a powerful catalyst for problem-solving and goal setting.
